20th Century Fox Televisions will bring filming of its new television drama Sleepy Hollow to Wilmington this summer. The pilot episode was shot in Salisbury.
'Sleepy Hollow' TV show to film in Wilmington area | StarNewsOnline.com

It was a hoot watching negative short sighted complaining from Salisbury merchants about lost of business during filming of the pilot. This show could have put that city on the map, its future tourism dollars on that city Chamber of Commerce saw.

Under The Dome starts in two weeks, I hope it interesting and a success and series renewed.
I hated that Revolution was moved to Atlanta, I really got into that series.

My partner probably like this series as it to creepy for me and I didn't see the movie either.

Despite Revolution moving, I'm really pleased with the uptick of Wilmington's film industry after it's downfall in early aughts, leading to growth in ATL and Louisiana. I wonder if NC government looking to roll back Perdue's tax incentives for the film industry played a role in Revolution leaving.
