So I ripped up all the bushes in front of my house to start brand new. Does anyone know of somewhere in greenville that will look at your property & make suggestions on what type of plants to plant & where.

I don't want a landscaper that is going to plant them for me, just want to know what would look nice & then go buy them & plant them myself. Are there any local gardening stores that would do that if I purchased all my plants from them?

I can't speak to Greenville stores, but you might try calling your county extension agency. The volunteers there can tell you what does well in your area. I get ideas from my neighbors and the local arboretum.

You can try one of the nurseries but it's doubtful they would do a landscape design for free.
