Does anyone have, or know of anyone renting? We are relocating and I am using every avenue possible. We are looking for a 3 bdrm 2 bath single family home for rent in Wilmington or surrounding areas. We will spend up to but no more than $1,100 per month. We are looking for something clean, with a fenced in back yard and a good neighborhood. If anyone can help with this, please let me know

Did you want to keep a dog? At any rate, I suggest using realtor.com for rentals. You can't search on a "fenced yard", however. You have to look at the picture and descriptions. There is a house on Konlack in the Ogden area at $1050 with a fenced yard which looks good to me.

Many of the houses in your price range will be townhouses or patio homes.

There is also the militarybyowner.com web site. There are a couple listings in Wilmington.

We rent a 3bd/2ba single family house for $1,000/month in Ogden (safe, cookie-cutter neighborhood), Wilmington. Sounds like what you're looking for! When are you moving? We'll be moving out.

We have our furniture being picked up on September 2nd, and will be following it on the 6th. (That's the plan anyhow!!!) Do you have any pics of your home? Sounds like something we'd be looking for (especially the cookie cutter neighborhood).

Thank you!

I have actually been to most of the rental sites and haven't really found much. I thought coming here may broaden my rental horizons!
