Thanks glamatomic!!!
My family is facing forclosure. We don't have any income yet, but have a small cushion to get by paying rent for a while. we have been a homeowner for 32 yrs. My husband was hurt at work and needed surgery. The surgery took alot of time to heal and he still can't use his arm/shoulder to do the work he's always done his whole life.We also have a mid size dog +a cat that's declawed. Can anyone suggest any advice or lend some knowledge of what we should do? We want to move to Wilmington,N.C. or near there, from Fla. and will be driving by car with our pets. and are putting our possesions into storage at this time, and having them shipped to where we eventually end up. This has been draining on us all; and to add that the Temps here are near 100 or above, with the heat index, and no a./c. at all, is terrible! We're older too,and are on several prescription medications, including blood pressure scripts. We don't have any family we are just doing this whole thing on our own. Any suggestions? Thank-You; 'The Forclosed Family'.

Sorry to hear about the troubles.

You may have some trouble finding a rental without income and with a foreclosure on your credit. Do you have anyone who can cosign for you?
