Thinking about getting a unit for a vacation home in Beacon Townes. Curious if anyone knows how much the HOA fees, average taxes, and insurance on a place like that.

TIA

Thank you. But as to the homeowner's insurance, do you have any idea (generally speaking - ballpark) what it would cost? I know the hurricane thing makes rates very high.

I'm not sure about a condo. There are several variables. Elevation above sea level, type of foundation, any mechanical's (heat air water heater) and their level above ground etc.

I have a 2100 square foot house, the first floor is about 13-14 feet above sea level and is 1.2 miles from the ocean.

Wind and Hail is about $1,800 a year.
Flood is about $400 a year.
Home owners is about $400 a year.

Taxes will vary by county. The county can tell you the their value on the property (not always the same as what you pay for it) and what the taxes will be.
