Good morning All. My husband and I and our 5 year old daughter are moving to Hampstead this summer. The neighborhood we'll be living in has no pool.
Besides the beach, we would love a am option to go to a pool? Any neighborhood's that offer memberships to people not living in that neighborhood.
Or Aquatic Center or YMCA.?

My daughter will be starting Kindergarten in August. Any feedback on the Topsail school and kindergarten program.
(Not North or South, Central Topsail)
Thanks Ya'll

Hello, my family and I are moving down to Hampstead in June and I can tell you that I chose Pender County Schools-specifically Topsail Schools because their reputation and scores. I am a teacher so that was a big priority for me. They are known for being good schools. I asked the same question about pools. There is Belvedere Plantation and Olde Pointe that has a pool. Both are country clubs. I live close to both but closer to Belvedere. I was told Olde Point has the better pool. Hope this helps and good luck with your move. We are coming from Pittsburgh, how about you?

Thank you for asking this -- I was wondering about the pools as well. I just looked up the Y and looks like they had a fire in February so I'm thinking their pool might be out of commission. We're coming from a community with two upscale pools so my kids are going to be in for a shock LOL
