St. James Discovery Package (sales, 2013, condos)

Hi!

I am thinking about doing the St. James Discovery Package for a weekend. For those who have done it, what should I expect? Where are the accommodations for the two night package? Thanks!

The package was great. You will be put up in the Condos on the grounds. The accommodations can be in the Club Villas in the Members Club or the Harbor Walk near the marina. The Sales staff at plantations is nice and it is a very low pressure experience. Actually, we brought our family, paid to extend for a few days and made a vacation out of it. We did it back in 2009, purchased a property in 2011 and built in 2013. PM me if you have any questions.

Expect to spend about half a day with the sales person from SJP. They will inform you about SJP. You will also be given a tour of lots that fit the criteria of what you tell the salesperson.

My salesperson was quite knowledgable. I bought my lot about a month after visiting SJP (2012) and my house is under construction.
