I recently have been offered a position in Wilmington and I plan on moving there in 2 weeks time with my fiancé. We are both new to the area and are looking to rent an apartment in the $700-$800 price range. After spending one day there, the only place we were able to find available in that short amount of time is Still Meadow Village. If anyone could offer some advice on whether this is a good place to rent from or knows firsthand of other rentals I would appreciate it! Or just any advice in general would be great!

It is in a decent area, Myrtle Grove near Carolina Beach Road. I don't know the specific apartment, but you probably won't do better for your price range.

Students will start coming to town very soon for the fall season, and places will rent quickly.

Thank you for responding! The students renting out a lot the apartments is definitely a problem we are facing right now.
