Just wondering if we have missed other neat neighborhoods in that general area/ price range ( sfh typically under $300k). Eastwood Village/Maccumber Terrace comparable and just as popular? Brookside Gardens not too far away? Or??? Looking for any input/opinions from the Wilmington locals more familiar than we are as part time residents. Thanks for any help!

Key Colony or Pepper Tree (both off Covil Farms Rd.) are similar to Eastwood Village and close to Mayfaire (2 miles) and Wrightsville Beach (6 miles). I live in the area and love walking in the neighborhood and on Military Cutoff Trail. There are currently two homes for sale in Key Colony. I don't think there are any for sale in Pepper Tree.
