Have a townhome in Inland Greens where child is living and attending UNCW (due to graduate this Spring). We plan to spend more time down there with retirement approaching (we live in Raleigh area) and possibly looking for something a bit larger. Love Inland Greens/Cedar Ridge especially with the walking trail/eventual connection to city bike trail and city to upgrade Par 3 course plus close to Mayfaire/Wrightsville Beach etc. Has been a very popular neighborhood with units selling very quickly. Just wondering if we have missed other neat neighborhoods in that general area/ price range ( sfh typically under $300k). Eastwood Village/Maccumber Terrace comparable and just as popular? Brookside Gardens not too far away? Or??? Looking for any input/opinions from the Wilmington locals more familiar than we are as part time residents. Thanks for any help!

Key Colony or Pepper Tree (both off Covil Farms Rd.) are similar to Eastwood Village and close to Mayfaire (2 miles) and Wrightsville Beach (6 miles). I live in the area and love walking in the neighborhood and on Military Cutoff Trail. There are currently two homes for sale in Key Colony. I don't think there are any for sale in Pepper Tree.

Are you looking for one-story townhomes? Can you consider two-story townhomes?

Thanks so much for the replies! We do prefer the one story homes along with a small yard but won't rule out 2 story.
