A friend mentioned that Spring time is the best time to sell a house in Charlotte, NC (while we were discussing her selling her home), and I was wondering if this is true of Wilmington, NC as well. Is Spring time the best time to sell an average one story 3br/1.5ba centrally located house in Wilmington, NC? Or is another time better? Or do houses sell great year around because Wilmington is a Coastal/Vacation area?

Thanks.

I think spring and early summer is the best time to sell a house in Wilmington, along with most places.
