Shrimpers don't usually sell to the public off their boats, they sell to the markets. There are several seafood markets that handle fresh shrimp: Bill's Seafood, Island Seafood Company and Captain Jack's. You can find a few reviews at their Google map locations.

In Calabash go to the road Callahan's is on, I don't recall the name. Go to the fishing dock at the end of the road and they have two shrimp stands set up that sell to the public. Enjoy they are delicious!

River Rd to the end, the boat docks on the right near Dockside Seafood House.

Boat comes in around 4 PM but get there early, it is very popular!

That's not true GoldenAge. You can go down to the docks at Calabash and buy shrimp straight off the boat. We've done it for years, just like jerseyj and bunkerShot said right near Dockside and Callahan's. There's also a place to buy on the way to Calabash from Sunset just past Oyster Bay on the left on the water there.
