I saw the ones you visited...all of them - and
I am quite familiar with all, including Bethany Beach,
Lewes and Rehobeth, Del....I love them...but again,
TOO COLD and often rainy in winter....
You answer: (IMO)...Either Morehead City 32 from New Bern,
but right on the coast or "The Coolest Small Town I America'...
Beaufort....voted that distinction in 2011 by Travel mag. contest.
