Hi. I'm relocating with my husband from California to Wilmington and need to get health insurance there. We are currently using Kaiser Permanente HMO and would like similar coverage in Wilmington. We are both eligible for Obamacare and I have pre-existing conditions that have me going to the doctor pretty regularly. Does anyone have any recommendations or warnings? Thanks!

I think Blue Cross/Blue Shield is the only option.

There is no Kaiser Permanente there?

No, not that I'm aware of. Their website indicates they are in:

California - Northern
California - Southern
Colorado - Denver/Boulder
Colorado - Southern Colorado
Georgia
Hawaii
Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C.
Ohio
Oregon/Washington
