My husband and I are considering getting into vacation beachfront investment property in NC. Are there any members of this forum who have personally done this that can give me the good, bad and ugly? Also, we are looking for a real estate agent who personally invest in rental properties in this area. I've done plenty of research between single family homes and condos, and I'm aware of cost when using a rental management company VS. self management. Just looking for advise from those who have gone before us.
