Can anyone help me find filming locations from Matlock? (Wilmington: house, gym)

This is probably a funny/weird question, but I used to love the old Matlock series when I was a kid. I know the last couple of seasons were filmed in coastal NC, particularly Southport and Wilmington but I was wondering if anyone could help me find specific ones. I'm hoping to visit in the future and I'd like to visit them.

So far I know of:
Alton Lennon Federal Bldg was used as the courthouse
New Hanover County Courthouse used in an episode
Ben Matlock's house in Wilmington several episodes
Ben Matlock's house in Southport in a few seasons (used in at least one other series too I think)
Some scenes were filmed in downtown Wilmington
Peak Fitness Gym in an episode

If anyone knows of any others, especially more obscure ones, I'd love to know of them.

There were some scenes filmed on the Riverwalk where the Coast Guard Cutter DILIGENCE moors up. I think it was the last episode they made. They were Running a marathon down the Riverwalk in the episode

Where did they not film? I know of; Shell Island Resort, Wally's , Bridge Tender, UNCW, Graystone Inn, Cotton Exchange, etc
