Wilmington? (best schools, to live, beach)

We have small children and want to live as close to the beach as possible, any suggestions on the best schools and where to be (under 500,000 for a home?)

Numerous threads already on this topic. Easier to search from a computer then a phone. So go to a computer and use the great search function here and you'll see the threads. All I will say is just because the school has low scores doesn't mean it isn't a great school. And some people prefer them.
