About to visit New Bern NC for a very possible move there

Wouldn't move to NewBern as someone stated previously in a thread, nice Historical areas but not much entertainements wise.
Minimal activity for younger generations
Water is polluted, some golf courses closed
Business- below normals in quality. Shopping not much in this area
Restaurants- some locally owned. Don't go to Country Bisquit- got sick there, reported it and claimed I was falsefying my information!
Lots of flooding with rains etc.
Find somewhere that has higher rate of return on housing and more options for you.
