I don't have addresses, but there are at least six or seven single homes, maybe more, for sale as you leave Sunset Beach toward Calabash. Several are adjacent to each other and all of those have the Intracoastal Waterway along their back property. Then there are more properties as you get nearer Calabash that are for sale which don't back to water. One, two or three homes wouldn't have caught our eye, but so many had us curious.
On realtor only one is coming up which is pending. It is on Shoreline Dr W. I'm not sure why the homes nearby that one are not listed on realtor. I've hoped locals might just have an idea...

Hurricanes, after last year a lot of people got scared. Some of those for sale signs are also property that has been for sale for a while.
