PA has put a stay at home order for the highly affected counties only. They have a similar urban/rural divide where there are a ton of rural counties that have no positive tests.

Mayor of Beaufort has done this; takes effect tomorrow morning (Weds. March 25th).

Also some road restrictions in and out of downtown Beaufort...

Mecklenburg, Durham and Wake counties have gone to a shelter in place...as they should

Over 50% of the cases in NC are in those 3 counties.
