Contractors, Jacksonville (store, moving, remodel)

A coworker’s parents in Jacksonville need a bathroom remodel.

Is anyone familiar with contractors there? Need to know the good apples & bad apples if possible. His parents are elderly & need some help finding the right people to do this.

If they are just replacing the bath fixtures, I would trust the subcontractors hired by the big box store they purchased them from. If they need tile, electrical work or moving walls, I don't know. The couple's neighbors can probably help more than this forum.
