Wasjust wondering can you use cell phones and do they have internet access out there ,what about hurricanes and tornadoes

Cell phones and high speed internet access is all up and down the NC coast!! You may want to go to the other thread about OBX for detailed info on Hurricanes, Tornadoes and Lightning Strikes.
By the way-OBX is only a section of coastal NC-Explore the entire coastline!!
