This is really impressive stuff, IMO.
Someone mentioned a year or so ago that downtown Greenville seemed to be losing momentum...

But not only are the Jolly Roger complex and Biotech Building currently being built and scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021, but now the City has approved a Hilton Garden hotel and ECU is starting on the Millennial Campus. These two projects will most definitely keep the momentum going seemlessly through the Covid years. Look for some more projects to come down the pipe. Still waiting on the Dickinson Avenue Road reconstruction project to get moving.

I see the SW Bypass is still listed. I thought they would be done with vegetation work by now. I guess COVID-19 set things back.

Panda Express is coming out in front of Academy Sports / Hobby Lobby.

Anyone know what’s going in the old Michaels building beside Petsmart?
