UHS net income last year was $60mil. But that can always change quickly.

@ Bojangles. Pitt as a Hospital can be in the red while the whole system is in the black. That is probably the not so suttle reason behind the UHS system. Buy these smaller places to hekp prop up th ebig oy. Kind of like how all of NY State pays for NY City.

Hollywood Videos old store has a building permit in the window and construction is going on. Anyone know what's going in that location? Beside the now closed Circuit City.

UHS is a huge system. $60 mill is nothing.

Hey, if that is net revenue or profit, that's better than a lot of places last year.

Haven't heard anything, but I did see the building permit in the paper. Will post it on here if I hear anything.

UHS is a non-profit corporation. They are doing fine. Most of their net income is going into electronic medical records and building the new childrens hospital.

New store at the Hollywood Video location will be an Anna's Linens - they have a sign up on the storefront.

Dear Greenville, NC - please, please no more restaurants. Please.

How about some places for adults (and their kids, too) to play!

Like a: Celebration Station - Greensboro, NC

Or a: Welcome To Gameworks

Or maybe a "real" live music venue like this: The New Jannus Live - Jannus Live

And, for the empty theater downtown how about this: Little Theatre of Virginia Beach: About Us

...IMHO places like these would really be of benefit and would spice up living here!
