My family (two boys, 19 / one daughter, 18) and I are looking to move to the Wilmington area. Okay - we miss the beaches, and we'll be closer to the rest of the family members.

I'm retired military, have a BAS and want to move by the end of the summer.

I would appreciate any info, such as the cost of utility deposits and a nice area to look for housing. The first year, I don't want to buy a house, but rent, until we are settled.

Thanks, I'm the type of person who likes to have her "ducks in a row", and this is a great start.
