Anyone familiar with this sub division? Was looking to relocate to the area. I don’t golf but like fishing. Thank you
It is a very small community, and I had not heard of it before. Since there is only one house for sale there, are you considering buying a lot and building? If so, get a good estimate of what it would cost to build before you commit.
A neighbor of mine experience sticker shock when their builder quoted $275/square foot to build a modest house in Shallotte. They did not want to pay that much, and are rethinking their plans.

I've been coming down to the area since 2009. That development never got off the ground. There are a bunch of other developments off of 211 that may interest you though.
Thanks all. I thought $250/sg ft in Seascape was high, $275 is way much, but guess you need to see what you are paying for and what’s included or “extra”. Torn between the Carolinas, N v S. I was considering a lot and building when the covid pricing subsides.

If this is a 2nd home, just know SC will bang you on taxes. The tax rate on a 2nd home in SC is high.
