Can anyone please advise location of a new childrens park in New Bern. Read about it recently in paper. Has sprinklers and other water themed fun stuff. I think it was mostly for toddlers. Thanks.

It has lanes for lap swimming too...never been though.

Have not heard of this. There is a new swimming pool open though. I believe it is near the Y.

The Y has a great pool (2 actually, an indoor lap pool and the outdoor pool which has children's slides and play stuff as well as lap swimming). The New Bern Aquatics Center is a new pool built by the city - part of Parks and Recreation. I think it was opened last month, but I don't know anyone who has been.
