Teaching in Onslow County (Charlotte: middle school, live in, moving)

I am looking into Lateral teaching and I was looking into relocation to Onslow county. I currently live in Charlotte so I would be moving. What is the area like there. Also how are the schools there. I am looking to teach Science or ESL middle school or Elementary ages. Any advise is appreciated!

I was sent an email from the head of HR saying they were hiring and typically hire each year because of the areas growth. Do you teach there?

I was a teacher in Onslow County until I got caught gettin busy with a student. They were pretty cool about it though. They said finish out the year and only five more times with the student.
