I just received this clock from my mother. She said it belonged to her grandmother in the 1880's in the Netherlands. It needs to be cleaned, the chime doesn't work atm but it runs and keeps time perfectly.
There is a Facebook page "Dutch Clocks." I would start there. Next find good clockmaker in the Netherlands and email him a photo of what you gave, including that mark. Those guys are usually awesome at helping!
