I'm in the process of downsizing and came across this item that I have.

I was gifted a Soviet samovar on a trip to Ukraine in 1991 (pre-coup). I have never used it and its one of those things that I've just moved house to house. Still has the original owner's manual inside!

Looking to sell it because I'm sure there's someone who may collect these, or at least find them interesting. Just wondering if anyone is into collecting these, is there a market for them or am I better off just donating to the local charity store?

I know this is something that may be unique but also know it is not something expensive so I'm not under any illusion that I have something valuable. Just wondering if it's worth my time to try to sell on eBay or Facebook or if it's just simpler to donate it.

Thanks.

Wow! That is a gorgeous thing.
Assuming it’s all complete, try to sell it! You might get a pretty penny for it.

Look it up on ebay, https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...0&rt=nc&_oac=1

then select "Sold listings" from the menu on the left. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...&LH_Complete=1

That will tell you if any have sold and for how much.

Looks like it may be worth somewhere between $20 and $200.
