What I don't get is why the fans rushed the field after beating ASU. ASU? Wasn't that like 8 in a row for the Ducks? Those fans were twits. Chip just wanted some quiet time with Erin, I don't blame him.

ASU has a winning record, is in the top 25, and we beat them with our back up QB and Running back. For a good majority of the game, I thought we were going to be upset. It was quite a relief to win actually. I was elated that our back up QB played so well...I had not even heard of him until last night.

Fans are allowed on the field after every game. They have to wait 5 mins (at least it was when I was in college), but then the students come on down. It doesn't matter if we had beaten Portland State, the students want on that turf. I think the excitement was more like, "Hey, we didn't skip a beat with back-ups forced into the line-up." Maybe, we are getting closer to the big programs like OU in terms of better depth.

I remember standing next to Phil Knight after a game and he was wearing a zebra print suit and hat. Dude looked like a pimp.

LOL.

He is a pimp.

The student section @ OU is usually half empty after the half.

They need two more wins. Easier said than done at this point I'd say. Looking like 6-6. 7-5 with some luck. Boomer Sooner.
