PLAYOFF INFO: The ThunderWolves have earned the right to host the 1st round of the NCAAD2 Playoffs, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. against Augustana (S.D.).

Good luck to your ThunderWolves. Augustana has been historically good at their level of football. It would be a great win.

Augustana has had lots of success at other sports. National championships in Men's basketball, Women's softball, Men's baseball, and a runner-up in Women's volleyball. In football, they've had good teams, but never seem to go very far. This year's team has the potential to make a run. They finally beat their in-town nemesis of the U. of Sioux Falls this year.

CSU-Pueblo has been in the playoffs 8 of the last 9 years (with a national title) so they've had their share of success. Here's hoping that the Vikings can get some of that magic.

You are knowledgeable on the history of the teams. Thanks for posting that.

Pueblo won 17-0 and now travel to Mankato Minnesota to play University of Minnesota. The team Pueblo beat to win the national title but i don't think have beat since.

CSU P won 37-8 today against Midwestern State, a Texas team, 37-8.

The Coach Witten era is sadly but necessarily over.

Go T-wolves!

Minnesota State-Mankato's membership still being in Div. II is kind of strange. They are a bigger campus than every Div. 1 school around the midwest except the ones in the BIG & Iowa State with over 15,000 enrollment.
