I think LSU is going to win no matter who they play. They have a had a once in a lifetime season. Them beating 8 ranked teams and 3 in the top 10 is just insane... It will be 9 ranked teams and 4 in the top 10 if they win it! Some things are just destiny. And they seem to have it on their side.

I agree. But Alabama had their shot...at home no less...and they LOST!!! They didnt win their conference. LSU should get the conference champion the pollsters think is the best.

The powers that be. They are doing all they can to keep Oklahoma St out.
Doesn't matter that they are the Big12 Champions
Doesn't matter that they played a stronger non-conference schedule
Doesn't matter that they played a stronger schedule overall
Doesn't matter that they are 2-0 against top 10 teams, Alabama is 1-1 (Sagarin poll)
Doesn't matter that they are 6-1 against top 30 teams, Alabama is 2-1 (Sagarin poll)
Doesn't matter that Alabama has already lost to the #1 team
Doesn't matter that Alabama didn't win their conference
Doesn't matter that Alabama didn't win their division
Doesn't matter that Alabama got a week off when LSU had to play (the reward for losing)
The only argument Alabama has is they lost to the #1 team and deserve a Do-Over
If the BCS is suppose to find out who the best team is, then Alabama has been eliminated
If the BCS is suppose to be about having the two best teams play, we already know LSU can beat Alabama, but how do the know if LSU is better than Oklahoma St?
If you thought the BCS was broken before, and Alabama plays a Do-Over game, Then the BCS isn't broken, it is completely destroyed the college football image. Conferences really need to pull out of the failed experiment. If Alabama does play I hope they win, that will give them another questionably Championship

Hey now, at least the Cajuns are going to a bowl game this year. So what if it's the lowest and least watched bowl game, it still counts for something <childish sarcasm>.

Oh, and when the Cajuns did play OS, the final score was 61 to 34. That means the Cajuns, a team that didn't even win the Sun Belt title, scored 34 points against the OS defense.
