Whatever, I hope he dies soon. He knew that kids were being abused for years and said nothing.

Joe Paterno listed in serious condition - CNN.com

Quote:
CNN) -- Former Penn State coach Joe Paterno, who has been treated for lung cancer and a broken pelvis, is in serious condition, a family spokesman said Saturday, rejecting reports the football legend had died.
The family was upset about the reports, a source close to them said. Relatives said Paterno, 85, was able to communicate Saturday night.

85 years will have killed Joe as it tends to do to people. Why are people shocked that an 85 year old with cancer is on his death bed? Hope I'm as lucky as him (minus the molestation cover-up)..

Until the full story, particularly the issues surrounding "Victim #2" is addressed in open court, I'm not repared to put blind faith in the opinions of people who seem eager to organize a lynch mob, and may have other motives.

And regardless, the primary responsibility still rests with Jerry Sandusky; Coach McQueary has chosen to remain "prominent by his silence" since the original reports broke -- the vast majority of what has emerged since is based on the usual Lefty mantra of "collective guilt" (which, of course, is manna to the trial lawyers within the lynch mob).

You guys deserve every bit as thorough a vetting as your target.
