Looks like it's the Cotton Bowl against A&M. Yay! A Bowl game that was a conference game for the last 14 years! Oh well. Prime time on Fox, only game on. The country will be watching. It's already sold out.

I'm still holding out hope for a match up against LSU.

I can't even believe this! Northern Illinois gets a BCS bowl game and not Oklahoma? The BCS is a joke! I can't wait until they get rid of it in 2014.

I think it'll be a great game. Johnny Football vs the Sooners? Works for me.

We'll most likely be without one of our top receivers. Jalen Saunders got arrested last night. SMH. Wouldn't be a proper bowl season without having some of our best players suspended or hurt. WTF.
Sooners got jobbed on getting left out of the Sugar. Complete horse manure.

I can't believe Northern Illinois jumped 5 spots to take that slot. Easy money now for Florida State, then we get to listen to ncopus talk about how great they are.

OU should have beaten TCU more thoroughly.

The Big12 coaches did their very best in the coaches poll to prop up the Sooners. Stoops himself voted OU #6 and NIU #24. Holgerson voted NIU #25. Briles voted them #19. Rhoads voted them #20.

How coaches voted in USA TODAY poll
Not tough to figure out.

OU beat Baylor, WV, Okie-State, and TCU it's final four games to go to a 10-2 season. (That would be a difficult feat for any team in the nation, certainly many in the top 10.)

On the other hand, NIU beat Kent St., Eastern Mich., Toledo, and powerhouse UMASS.

Plus, NIU's only loss was to Iowa, who lost to Iowa St. earlier in the year. OU beat Iowa St. by 15.

Again, not tough to figure out. The Sooners got jobbed. But it happens. The Sooners have had their share of breaks over the BCS era, so it all probably comes out in a wash anyway.

Nice going, Jalen Saunders. You're on scholarship and you drive around at 2 AM smoking dope. Real smart.

OU players Jalen Saunders and Cortez Johnson charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana | NewsOK.com
No kidding! Idiot kids....wouldn't be surprised if Saunders gets kicked off the team. Stoops is usually very stern (TOO stern) with the discipline. That's no secret.
