I guess I would generally agree with those grades. The only game I actually saw was the K State-OU game. I figured that game would be close but I figured OU would prevail at home. Coach Snyder has those Wildcats playing very well! I've already pencilled in a loss for Texas Tech when they play K State...lol.

While K-State had a great win at OU (only 4 losses for 79 victories in the Stoops era), I'm still not sold on them. OU spotted them 14 points (the two fumbles by Blake Bell/Landry weren't even created by K-State defenders), which is about how much better---two touchdowns or so---I believe OU is than K-State talent-wise.
However, OU is not a mentally tough team as evidenced on Saturday night. Depending on how the coaches can motivate and get the players over their despair/pity party, will depend on whether OU could stay in the hunt for the Big XII title, which seems like a very long shot at this point. The Sooners could easily (easily easily!) be a .500 team by season's end if they can't get their heads out of the gutter.
I think Tech will be fine against K-State. Look for it to be a close one.
WV dies not deserve a B at all for the UMD game. C at the highest.
I understand with the poor showing of the defense.
However, Maryland is a legit D1 program with some very good athletes. WV should have won, no doubt, but it was a solid win and hence the grading of a B. I agree the B+ may have been too high.

I hope you're right! There's no question in my mind that OU has very talented players, I'm just stunned by that lack of mental toughness you mentioned. Bob Stoops usually has those Sooners playing at peak performance. K State seems to be very self-disciplined, focused, and they make very few mistakes (at least so far). I fear that K State will stay that way and OU will wake up and start playing the way they usually do and Tech will lose against both of them...lol.
I would give OSU better than a C. I thought they played great. They certainly didn't have the mistakes they did against Arizona.
