Will College Football Recover from COVID? (teams)

Players testing positive are being quarantined. Some players are opting out of the season. Empty stadium are the norm.
I watched a few games and the play has been sloppy and some players do not seem like they are playing hard.
Most teams are not going to complete 10-13 games, but we will still have the playoffs.
Some scientists have stated that COVID-19 may be around for all of 2021 as well. Doesn't look good for the short term, but hopefully, football will rebound in 2022.
