we not only chant it at football games ... we do it at softball games .. we do it at basketball games .. we do it at golf games .. we do it at baseball games .. we do it at gymnastics events ..we do it at ETC ETC ETC .. we are usually the national champs in most of those also ...

yeah .. you got me there .. we dont do much cross country running .. field hockey ( whatever that is ) ..soccer ... we do do a little volleyball but i dont think there is a mens wrestling team in the south ...
Right now Alabama is the only relevant program in the SEC, from a national championship perspective. Sure, other SEC schools can tout their Top 25 ranking and Taxslayer.com bowl victories, but only Bama matters right now. And once Saban retires, it may be back to the Mike Shula era for Bama.
I guess its better than having no teams matter right now.
Right now there are only two teams that matter and neither of them are from the B1G...
I guess when your conference's champ gets shut out by Bama its only natural to be bitter and start taking shots on a message board.

dont forget the brickyard 400, and the US nationals as well.
Barring a blowout Clemson/Bama should finish 1/2. then Stanford and Ohio State should be 3/4.
But who gets that 5th slot?
Do you drop Oklahoma only one spot after the 2nd half drubbing? Michigan State only 2 spots after getting shut out?
Or do you vault TCU or Houston or Baylor all the way to 5 after their impressive wins?
