Not possible, they only get two max. Like it or not, the Big East still gets to send a team to the BCS over the third best team in the Big 12.

the big 12 has quite possibly the worst defense of all time. their teams are all about to drop out of the top 10. no collapse needed. all those teams you named will play each other.

Why does everyone think the Sooners are going to beat Tech? I think Texas Tech can take 'em.

Jmarquise! whazzup? Good point-they do play each other and right now Okie State is losing 42 to 20 in the third quarter. Which is all the more reason why college football needs a playoff. There is not a doubt in my mind that Oklahoma State can take on anyone in the Pac 10-or the Mtn. West-or the big east- or the ACC. Another point- those clubs might pummel each other, that's true. But Penn State at #3- they lost to a 6-4 club-Iowa. And #! Alabama didn't look too #1 to me. They did win though. But they could drop down a notch; Penn State certainly will-probably to 8, maybe 7. If I'm voting on the poll they would drop further. If it was a loss to an 8-2 club, maybe a couple spots; but losing to 6-4 club, down to 10, or further. Just my two cents worth.

One team will drop, and that is Oklahoma St, Texas Tech, Texas and OU all won today. Who are you to say a Big XII offense cant put up a ton of points on a SEC defense.

Speaking of Big 12, Missouri at #14 beat Kansas 41-24. Should move into top 10 and Okie State is getting pummeled 56-20. I look for Tech to go to #1 on the basis of beating their opposition by 5 touchdowns.Alabama had to go to OT on their deal. Oklahoma State might take Missouri's spot and ALSO Kansas in the Big 12 was ranked at #23, I believe. Big 12 Rocks!!
