5 years. Not including a year off in between to work. So basically 5 years if you count actual time attending school. 6 years if you count the time off in between.
I did my B.A. in 3. (but my college was getting closed and I opted to cram instead of transfering) I would have liked to have taken 4 years and gotten to intern and travel abroad.
4 years plus 1 summer quarter. I didn't decide on a major until my second year, so it took a summer to catch up. Fortunately my major (Forestry), offered a summer quarter of field studies which made it possible.
It took me 5 solid years, including all the summers in between full time. I completed two years at community college, then transfered to a four-year state university where it took me 3 years (I switched majors after my 1st year at the university). No worries. I loved going to college and have no regrets!
After my 5 year undergrad plan, I went on to graduate school, which took me two more years.
When I'm done it will have taken me 10 years altogether actually in college but only 4 1/2 for the major I'm in now. Needless to say, I have changed majors quite a bit lol
