I am in Nursing school, and let me tell you, Nursing school is a beyotch. Super hard. Before entering Nursing school, my grades were straight A's, and now those straight A's are becoming straight B's.

I want to be able to go to grad school, but grad school in Nursing is super competitive. Will grad school look down on straight B's, or should I be okay?

I've looked at a lot of grad school programs (none in nursing) and they all had posted on their admissions page what GPA they required.

What exactly do you want to get out of grad school for nursing? What are you planning on doing with that master's degree?

I want to be a nurse practitioner.

The grad school I am looking at has a GPA average of 3.3 - 3.4.

Then they may admit you on a provisional basis.

You could always make up for the GPA a bit with doing great on the GRE.

Like any school you will probably just end up having to pay a bit more at a lesser school to become a NP if your grades are not that high.

Make sure you have a good idea about the debt you will have compared to expected salary.

I would think experience would be a big factor too not just your grades. I think it would depend on where you plan on applying to.
