Only Psychology has a published minimum requirement for admission and that is in regards to the GRE only. They require 1200/310.

I feel that they are pretty lenient on GPA as I have friends from my undergrad program at Princeton with GPAs less than 3.5 that got into Columbia graduate programs.

Maybe you aren't ready for graduate studies if you can't figure out how to look at their admissions webpage or contact their staff.

One of my New Years Resolutions was to cut down on the snide, snobby, condescending, deadpan comments.

Answer:

It depends on what you would like to go for. Columbia is obviously an excellent school. Some programs will be relatively easy to get into and others harder. It depends on demand and competition really. Also, different programs will require different aptitude tests.

So, there is no answer to your question.

It depends on the program. Requirements for SIPA would differ from Law School, Business School, Teachers College, Engineering, etc. etc.

They all have admission requirements on their website and staff you can contact for specifics.

I didn't make that resolution.

Those are some low requirements. I'm hoping that the average test scores for those admitted are actually higher.

A 1600 on the old test and a 340 on the new one.

And here I was thinking I had no chance of getting into a school like Columbia University. My GRE score is very comfortably above their average.
