I am not sure as i have never been, but i know a lot of people that have been and they always tell me that its easy, the classes are easy. With so many people telling me this, it has to be true

These schools are quite well funded. Nevertheless, they are make-believe colleges that exist only for political reasons.

Perhaps you should read the post again, wherein I specified HBCUs in North Carolina; they have more than enough funding to undertake their mission of attempted remedial training. But regarding your stupid, snotty comment about my colleague being an elitist -- should he apologize for having made something of his life? Are you just a little envious of the guy, a Black guy from a poor family who made it through the Ivy League to get a PhD before the days of affirmative action? Maybe everybody who tries to make something of himself and succeeds should apologize to the great critics.

They are not all well funded. Anyway, I said "most" weren't, and are no position to offer substantial financial aid. Therefore they are not competitive when it comes to recruiting better students. A top student has to really want to be there and have parents willing to pay (or take out loans) in most cases. When that happens, they tend to go to the Morehouses and Spelmans, etc of the world.
I don't even want to know what "political reasons" means. LOL. Let's just leave it alone.
If you really don't know, then you really don't know much about appropriations and state legislatures.
