Yeah, maybe it's not too late to get permission to wing it to a degree.

Wow, I can see why you think this is a lame assignment, OP. That's not even HS, it's Junior High, having the questions already provided.

So....do the questions, and then add your own. If you fulfill the basic requirements of the assignment, you can do anything you want in addition to that. (Another trick for making assignments interesting. Meet the requirements, then embellish.)

I went to a horrible highschool and didn't fell challenged until I took a math class. Not all college and universities are the same unfortunately.

Yeah, it's not the professor. He has to follow a set curriculum. Once I have my core credits, I will transfer to a university. It gets frustrating, so it's nice to vent. Thanks for "listening".

A decent college would be challenging. Why would someone go to a college that is beneath their highschool learning? The purpose of academia is to further education.
