people think gpa doesn't hurt or help you post college aside from trying to get into grad school. Believe me, that tenth of a hundredth,thousandth will equal to a few thousand dollars less or more on your salary when you get out of college (after that, your experience is what counts).
trust me when i say ive witnessed two folks hired at the same company and employee A had gpa 2.584 vs 3.362. the 3.3 employee made 4500 more a year than said 2.5.
as for ADHD, its easy to fully blame it and not try. Trust me i thought i had that myself, but in reality for me it was i found most classes boring and just didnt put effort in. Just got to find motivation to plug away studying to get that GPA up and perhaps you can explain that to the grad school as to why your gpa was 2.x for so long.
