I currently attend community college with a 3.4/3.5 GPA. I am very interested in the Biomedical Engineering program at VCU.
So far I have about 70 credits, and have taken all of the recommended classes that VCU has suggested you take for the BME program.
I also work almost full time at another job while I have been in school.
I volunteer every so often at a nursing home and at charity events. I am the publicity editor for our schools literary magazine.
Is there any chance that I will be able to get accepted into the program? I hear it is very tough to get in and there is much competition.
(my school has a guaranteed admissions agreement with VCU, but it doesn't apply to the Engineering school)
Are there any credible schools that will accept me into a biomedical engineering program? I am also willing to go to George Mason Univ. and enroll in the bioengeering.
Only the VCU Engineering Department knows for sure, but my guess is yes.
