Unless there is an issue say the professor goes on leave, it typically is anticipated. Due to this one professor going on leave, they actually doubled up on the international management class he taught(they brought in another prof the semester before) and brought in a new professor for the business capstone (he went onto marketing research afterwards but he was actually a good/great professor.)
