You haven't responded to any of the suggestions given or even acknowledged them, only come back to ask more questions. All your answers are going to require action on your part, just asking advice isn't going to help without action. It sounds like you are looking for an easy answer that skips the part where you actually do the research and hard work to improve yourself.

You already know you're not going to be a good manager until you do something to IMPROVE your skills, get your ADD symptoms under control, so why even look for jobs that require managerial skills? You shouldn't even be looking for a new until you do this, IMO. Have you looked into the ACA yet, looked up strategies for managing ADD symptoms, made a list of your strengths and weaknesses so you can compile a job list that actually fits your strengths and doesn't require skills you can't do well? This is what I mean about taking action, not just looking for jobs.

FORGET manager jobs. Work on your current problems. Like the ADD and the horrible writing skills. Those need to be improved first. Then you can start looking for more senior jobs.
Right now you will not even get hired for manager jobs, so forget that.
I'd suggest going to your local community college and talk to a counselor there. Many Community Colleges have some basic classes that will help with your writing ability, which I think is essential. The counselor can also give you a career assessment test that will help guide you.
