As mentioned, there are many scholarships out there. Many of which are pretty much unknown. If you, or anyone you know was in a sorority (especially if still active as alum) ask them about scholarships. also, check into grants.

I got a full ride to college in the 1990s.
My GPA was 3.7 from a pretty bad high school but I had 1570 on SAT and 35 on the ACT.
My college dropped that scholarship, though.
AFAIK so have most colleges.

In retrospect I should have just paid tuition at a better college.
