An AA or AS (Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree) from any community college will require math classes.

I just started a program at a local community college and I love it. The field I am studying (Medical Laboratory Technician) is hot and growing rapidly. In my neck of the woods, there was 22% growth in the last two years. I will be 50 when I finish the A.S. program, but consulted many advisors at the school before beginning the program. They were overwhelmingly positive that I am not "too old" to enter the field. Currently, I have a worthless PhD, and have never been able to find work in my field. So . . . fingers crossed. We'll see what happens.

You can always try a course that leads to a certificate and a job--pharmacy tech is a good example. The program is usually anywhere from 2 - 4 months. If you get a job at a hospital, most of them have tuition assistance where you can take classes leading to a degree.
