UCI or SDSU for Business Degree need help ASAP! (programs, require, major)

Hi i always had my plans set for UCSD....but lately i just found out they dont have really good programs for the type of major I am interested in.
which is international business.
SDSU is known for its great business program...as well as UCI I think..
Would it be better to go to UCI because it is a UC?
Or shall i go to SDSU and live at my parents house which is in SD.....
I need help asap because if i do decide to go to SDSU...Im probably gonna need to take a class thats only required for CSU's...
